BrandMe is provided for novelty and personal use only. It is not an official government service and does not replace any official digital identity, licence, or verification system.

2. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you use BrandMe. You must use the platform only for your own private, non-official purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not use BrandMe for any activity that could mislead, deceive, or defraud any person or organisation. This includes presenting BrandMe content as an official document, credential, or government-issued record, or using the service in any way that could amount to deceptive or fraudulent conduct.

4. No official affiliation

BrandMe is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to VicRoads, Transport for NSW, the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads, or any government agency.

5. Digital systems context

As digital identity and verification systems become more complex and time-consuming to navigate, BrandMe may offer a pathway for personal, non-official use. That convenience does not change your obligations under these terms or under law.

6. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. Access fees, where applicable, are described at checkout. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers, operators, affiliates, and suppliers of BrandMe accept no liability for misuse of the platform, misrepresentation by users, loss of data, service interruptions, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BrandMe.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BrandMe after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
